Principles

The Basics of the World
  1. Always Tell the Truth
The Basics of Aziz
  1. Commit to Never Ending Improvement
  2. Always fulfill commitment – Do this consistently and you will have solid confidence and high self respect.
  3. I do not want to listen to any advice (no matter how good), from a person who himself/herself is guilty of not following it.
  4. Don’t be rulezy.
Putting a ton of rules to start with shouts out out and says “I DO NOT TRUST YOU! and to protect me, here are some rules.”
Of course rules are important, but don’t overdo it.
  5. Your language shapes the mind (and vice versa) and hence your ability.
If you say you can’t do it, you are right. You know why? because you just said it.
  6. Always do the right thing
  7. Don’t be Rulezy: Common Sense comes before Rules (see principle #6)

Point #3 could be better left out. It inhibits you. Don’t be emotionally attached to that belief. Imagine a person coming to you with advice that could help save a million children, but he doesn’t do it himself. At this point you’d blatantly neglect his advice? Because he doesn’t do it? You just lost a heap of opportunity because you’re denial of changing your belief to the better.

I think you’re on the right track. Except I don’t know if you know your purpose. I think you should consider this; look at our history of planet Earth, we evolved from stardust, to meteorites, to simple living forms on Earth, to apes, to what we are today. Our purpose is simply moving forward and keep on evolving as we have done for the last millions of years. I see that you’re quite driven by making more profit and pursuing the “1%”. I think this might blind you. Money isn’t the only way to have the biggest impact on evolving and moving forward. May I suggest reading “Real Answers” by Athene. Very insightful book that you can read under 2-3hours.
